Om eventet

On-going Tuesday & Thursday sessions OUTSIDE in Gleason Park.  These sessions follow the very traditional and highly guarded Way of the Pointing Hand and include warm-ups, traditional qigong sets (DaMo 18 Muscle-Tendon Changing Classic & The 5 Beasts) as well as several ancient tai chi routines and meditations.  This class has it all: breath work, stretching, strengthening, meditation and flowing forms presented outdoors in a beautiful nature setting. You should at least drop-in to check it out 😉

This classic class is appropriate for and attended by beginners and advanced practitioners alike.  By far the most engaging and challenging class on the schedule.

We meet OUTSIDE on the north side of the lake by the gazebo and picnic tables closest to the corner of S. Patrick Dr & Yacht Club Blvd rain or shine (unless there's a hurricane ;) We train for life so we practice rain or shine, hot or cold, wind or still (unless there's a hurricane). This IS Traditional Temple Training!  When it's hot out, we do more still meditations to keep cool; when it's cold out we move more to stay warm.   If you choose, you can always not come if the weather is not right for you. 😉

$15/class or $75/month Unlimited Classes. Payments can also be made at class via cash.
