CLASS DESCRIPTION

  Participants should already know the 5 Beasts Qigong routine to attend.  Perfection is not required, but a basic understanding of the routine is recommended for this review.

  This session will include instructor-led detailed practice / review of form and individual feedback on ways you can improve and/or deepen your practice. So many details!!

  A minimum of 5 participants are required to run this class.

We will meet outdoors by gazebo north of the lake at Gleason Park, Indian Harbor Beach. If it rains, we’ll meet in the pavilion on the east side of the lake by the boardwalk. Contact ShiFu at least one day before our session if you need verbal directions. Phone number below.
