In the spirit of the season: at 8:00pm Eastern time, when all the holiday hoopla has settled down, settle in for a brief, free LIVE Heart Meditation.  We will be using 33 breaths in qigong's Heart Meditation, sharing the heart's healing energy with someone of our choosing who does not need to be present.  33 is an alchemical number, the number of our vertebrae and the number of years Jesus lived.

Total time committment about 10 minutes. We will be guided through the optimal 6:6 breath, the same breathing pattern found in many holy prayers and the Ave Maria.
