Examples of Private training sessions can be a series of tai chi sessions to feel comfortable or refine form. Or they can be one time breathwork sessions to move past specific traumas or blocks. Private sessions can also be on-going to build one’s own specific qigong or tai chi self care routine.     Private training: $55/hour
