Exercise for mind and body that's smart, not hard. Tai Chi builds strength, flexibility and endurance while imparting a sense of peace. Learn an entire accredited routine designed and proven to help prevent falls while being gentle on joints. Classes include theory and history of Sun style tai chi but focus on learning the routine so you can use it anytime you like.
