It’s time to take a deep dive into the web of nature. Nothing heals like nature immersion. ShiFu Lea Williamson and Trisha Schmalhofer will be leading a relaxed day of community in nature while sharing tools to help balance body, mind and spirit. We’ll be unplugged in the oak hammock doing some qigong walking and balance awareness training, tuning up our brains with some mental clearing and connection work and tapping into our inner wisdom using intuition, cards and books for some contemplative journaling. Time to walk, time to share, time to tune in and find balance in a healing environment with friends.
