What could be more lovely than a Sunday afternoon stroll through blooming gardens in springtime?! Getting to romp around inside giant bird sculptures with friends, that's what! 

Meetup at Lea's house 1:00 and caravan/carpool an hourish  to McKee Botanical Gardens in Vero Beach.  I've never been there and have always wanted to go. Right now there's a special exhibit called Tropical Flock of Avian Avatars by a kinetic sculptor team known as The Myth Makers adding an artistic element to the surrounding flora. Apparently these large sculptures are designed to be "played with, in and on."  The exhibit details are here.    Here's the general website for McKee Gardens so you can check it out before you decide.

There's a cafe at the Gardens if you want to grab a bite to eat while there. Those interested in dinner out afterwards can discuss that at the event. 

This is purely a social event. $15 admission to the gardens (They offer several discounts)
